Decor:

The Tower room with its roaring fire and vaulted ceilings will be available to you both to capture your special day. The seats will have burgundy chair covers and cream sashes which compliment the room perfectly. Tables will be decorated in white linen, tall silver and crystal candelabras on mirrors will be centred on each table. The ceiling of our function room will twinkle with our Ivy trails covered in fairy lights.

Your Arrival:

You will be greeted on arrival by red carpet and a champagne toast from your wedding co-ordinator

Drinks Reception:

Your Guests will be greeted by a Sparkling wine and Summer Punch or Mulled Wine drinks reception accompanied by fresh strawberries, orange juice, freshly brewed tea and coffee with biscuits. There will be a selection of hot & cold canapés served to your guests, butler style on silver platters, you can choose 4 options from the following:

  • Smoked Salmon on Brown Bread Fingers
  • Rosettes of Cream Cheese, topped with chive and strawberry
  • Pate Madison on Melba Toast
  • Mini Spring Rolls
  • Shrimps in Marie Rose Sauce on Brown Bread Fingers
  • Vegetable Samosas
  • Selection of Warm Puff Pastries with an assortment of filling
  • Black Pudding & Apple Marmalade on a Garlic Crouton

Banquet Meal:

Your meal will consist of two starters, one soup, one sorbet, two mains and two dessert from Menu C. We will provide a cake stand and sword for cutting your wedding cake.

Evening Food:

In the evening you have a choice of evening food options:

  1. We can bring out platters of chicken goujons, sausages, pizza baguette, potato
    wedges and sandwiches to the tables
  2. We can hand out individual portions of chicken/fish and chips in cones to
    your guests
  3. You can have a Cloonacauneen BBQ which consists of Sausages, Burgers, Burger Buns, French Fries, Coleslaw, Potato Salad, Pasta Salad and Mixed Green Salad.

There will be a tea & coffee station set up in the room. We usually serve the wedding cake at this stage also.
