- Cancellations made more than 7 days before arrival: No charge.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of arrival: First night’s accommodation charged.
- No-shows: 100% of the reservation charged.
Non-Refundable Rate
- Full payment taken at time of booking.
- No refunds or amendments permitted.
Early Departure
- Guests who depart before their scheduled departure date may be charged for the remaining nights booked.
Force Majeure
- Management reserves the right to review cancellations arising from exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
