Booking Confirmation
- Event bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit.
Deposits
- A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure the date.
Suggested:
- Weddings: 25% deposit.
- Private Events: 25% deposit.
- Corporate Events: 25% deposit.
Final Numbers
- Final guest numbers must be confirmed 14 days before the event.
- Charges will apply based on the confirmed numbers.
Cancellation Charges
- More than 90 days: Deposit retained
- 31-90 days: 50% of estimated value
- 0-30 days: 100% of estimated value
