Behaviour
Cloonacauneen Castle reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay where behaviour is deemed abusive, threatening, unsafe or disruptive to guests, staff or property.
Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside all buildings.
A cleaning charge may apply where this policy is breached.
Noise
Guests are asked to respect other guests and neighbouring residents, particularly after 11:00pm.
Lost Property
Lost property will be retained for a reasonable period.
Collection or postage costs remain the responsibility of the guest.
Parking
Parking is provided at the owner’s risk.
The hotel accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles or contents.
Liability
While every effort is made to ensure guest comfort and safety, Cloonacauneen Castle accepts no liability for loss, damage or injury except where required by law.
Right to Amend
